Does your Tent is ready to fight with Bad Weather

So if you planning for any type of camping trip than first consider “Tent” which is one of the important requirements in trip compare to other things.

Winter campers might want to try canvas tents which are generally much warmer and thicker than other cheap tents.

At very first please check about if it has a rain fly. This is crucial for protecting the top of your tent and keeping rain water from seeping through the top. Don't settle for one that just partially covers your tent. You need it to go over the entire top, not just part of it.

Another thing is that, it’s at least double sealed. Many tents will be sold this way; however, it never hurts to seal it again with a tube you can get at your local outdoor store.

Lastly, a footprint that is put under your tent will be very valuable in keeping water from getting in from underneath you.

These weatherproofing measures might not guarantee that you will be dry but you can rest assure that you've done everything you can.
