The Phi Phi Islands are located in Thailand, between the large island of Phuket and the western Andaman Sea coast of the mainland. The islands are administratively part of Krabi province. Ko Phi Phi Don ("ko" meaning "island" in the Thai language) is the largest island of the group, and is the only island with permanent inhabitants, although the beaches of the second largest island, Ko Phi Phi Lee (or "Ko Phi Phi Leh"), are visited by many people as well. The rest of the islands in the group, including Bida Nok, Bida Noi, and Bamboo Island (Ko Mai Phai), are not much more than large limestone rocks jutting out of the sea.

Phi Phi Islands are supposed to be one of the most beautifully dramatic locations in the world. The scenery at the surface gives a fantasizing experience to the visitors without any doubt. This is the soft corals, black corals, long stringy sea whips, large orange colored fans and there are many other species available in the waters of these islands. It really gives a heavenly experience when you go underneath the sea in these islands.

There is no need to worry if you do not know the scuba diving as you will do it under the guidance of an expert trainer. Besides, there are also some brilliant scuba diving courses in Phuket, which can provide you elementary or expert level trainings.

Thailand is lovingly called "Land of Smiles". It is amazingly beautiful dotted with scintillating tourism attractions, exotic beauty of the beaches, rich culture and traditions, superb fascinating attractions, throbbing nightlife and much more. This is a vibrant resort but also where boats usually pick up and drop off on route to the many islands. There are a number of islands to visit including Phi Phi, Chicken Island and James Bond Island.

Phuket is by far one of the most over developed and commercialized areas of Thailand so if your idea of a vacation is to party hard all night and sleep all day then Patong Beach in Phuket is the place to go. There are numerous beer bars, clubs and go-go bars along one big stretch of road, but this is expanding all the time. Prices in Patong area quite expensive, even more than Bangkok but it is the 1 place in the south that everyone goes to party.

KTM Duke - Popular Exclusive Sport Bike in India

Formed in the year 1992, KTM is a globally reputed motorcycle manufacturer based in Austria. It came to India in the year 2007 in partnership with the domestic automotive manufacturer - Bajaj Auto. KTM Duke 200 Top Speed was the first bike released here which became an instant hit among the teens and the audacious population.

Duke 200 and Duke 390 are the ones seen in India. KTM motorcycles are more known for their styling. The Duke series looks sporty with their sleek design and comes packed with best-in-class safety features. KTM Dukes run on alloy wheels and tubeless wide tyres. They have a big fuel tank and stylish headlamps. The rear is also uniquely designed, which has LED tail lights incorporated with turn indicators. Know KTM Duke 200 mileage at here. 

The KTM Duke 200 is a naked sports motorcycle powered by a 199.5 cc, single cylinder 4 stroke liquid cooling engine that can produce a peak power of 25 bhp at 10,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 19.2 NM at 8,000 rpm. The motorcycle is equipped with a six speed manual transmission for massive performance. The top speed is 136 kmph and the mileage claimed is 28 kmpl in cities and 34 kmpl on highways.

In terms of styling, the CBR250R looks more cultured while KTM 200 is more modern and sharper. The CBR 250R is a fully faired, sporty looking motorcycle which has a racy design. On the other hand, KTM Duke 200 is a naked and aggressive looking bike with an urban styling. The visible difference is mainly the front fairing in the CBR which is not present in the Duke. The Honda bike has a comfortable sitting position while the KTM bike has a taller stance which may be uncomfortable during long rides. But the Duke is 20 kg lighter than CBR 250R.

Both the bikes are powered by a by a liquid cooled, four valve, DOHC engine though Honda bike has a higher displacement. CBR has a 249.6 cc displacement which is only 200 cc in KTM Duke. But this difference is not seen in the power and torque output. Both the motorcycles generate about 25 bhp of maximum power output and the torque figures are 22.9 Nm for CBR and 19 Nm for the Duke individually. The CBR 250R engine is smooth and refined with a long gearing. KTM Duke 200 is more aggressive with a shorter gearing.

The Duke 200 is a handy, naked sports bike. A wonderful bike, the Duke 200 is powered by a mighty 200 cc engine capable of generating a massive power of 25.3 bhp. The raw power, trendy look and singular design make this bike a favorite of the young people. Although a mighty bike, it offers an average mileage of 35 kmpl, which makes it all the more attractive. However, as a sports bike, the Duke 200 is costlier than a common commuter bike. This super performer can be bought for a sum of 1.35 lakh rupees or more, depending on the add-ons opted.

While the factors like being a proper naked bike with stunning performance and excellent styling works in favour of the Duke 200, certain other factors like high engine vibrations and low mileage works against it. Additionally, the seat of the Duke 200 is comfortable only for the rider. The pillion will find the ride highly uncomfortable, more so on long rides.

Places That You Should Visit in Brighton

Before I start my discussion with you all, Let me first introduce with Churchill Brighton Guest House (Fun, Relaxed and Friendly....)

I had really great positive experience with them.

A fantastically presented Guest House in the heart of Brighton, one of the UK’s finest cities. It is a Grade 11 listed building built in 1825, owned by father and son, Martin and Ashley Culverhouse.

The bedrooms are all individually presented in an understated, elegant style and are en-suites, with flat screen TVs, free WiFi, extra comfy beds and blackout window treatments.

Brighton is a tourist city fifty miles south of London on England's south coast. It's a popular destination for visitors from the capital and across the world due to it's relaxed, informal nature, restaurants and nightclub scene.

Brighton has a wide range of drinking establishments from sophisticated wine bars, to traditional English pubs and happy hour specials so you are very unlikely to go thirsty in this town. This is complemented by restaurants for every taste, from takeaway and fast food for post drinking session munchies, to Spanish tapas and vegan curries.

As Brighton is a coastal city, it's only right to mention it's beach. If you're looking for lots of beautiful sand, you'll be sadly disappointed as it's populated mainly by pebbles, unless the tide is particularly low. However, it's also home to many beach front bars, nightclubs, a relaxed atmosphere, and free wi-fi internet between the Palace Pier and the old West Pier, thanks to a local community group.

The beach has been used for free film showings, and two live music events featuring DJ Fat Boy Slim, who lives nearby in Hove.

The only survivor of three piers built in Brighton, the Palace Pier opened in 1899 to house amusements and allow pleasure craft to take on passengers. It currently holds several amusement arcades, small shops for tourists, restaurants, nightclub and a small fun fair. In 2000 the name of the pier was changed to 'Brighton Pier' by it's owners, which caused some controversy as this is the official name of Brighton's West Pier, which was mooted for restoration at the time.

A visit to the pier is a must for it's kitsch attractions, and the view of the seafront available from the promenade.

You will see a lot of families in Brighton, which is testament to the fact that it is a safe, clean and secure environment. Kids in particular have a great time there. They enjoy playing on the beach, going on the fairground rides, eating candy floss, buying fun souvenirs and watching the shows. If you have kids of your own, then you can rest assured that Brighton is not a place that they will get bored at.
